Tomato Soup


Panzani Originale Sauce 400g
Stock 300g
Potato 200g
Whipping cream 30g
Celery 10g
Sugar 5g
Boiled shrimps 3g
Basil 1g

  1. Prepare the pan, pour the tomato sauce, potato, basil and celery. Stir well. Then, pour stock and let simmer for 8-10 minutes or until the potatoes are well-cooked.
  2. Blend well the stewed ingredients. Then, add sugar and whipped cream. Blend again. Filter the soup to ensure fine texture.
  3. Transfer into a bowl and decorate with boiled shrimps.
