Italian Style Beef Balls with Spaghetti


Minced Beef 1 1/4 kg
Salt 10 g
Pepper 15 g
garlic – crushed 1 clove
Italian Seasoning – divided 10 g
LA ESPANOLA Extra Virgin Olive oil 25 ml
Ciao Chopped Tomatoes 500 g
Ciao Tomato Paste 150 g
Beef stock 150 ml
Sugar 10 g
IMPERIAL Grated Parmesan Style 50 g
Salt and pepper 10 g
PANZANI spaghetti – cooked and drained 600 g

  1. Sauté the garlic, onion and Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in hot oil.
  2. Add stewed tomatoes, tomato paste, stock and sugar to it and simmer 15 minutes.
  3. Mix minced beef with salt & pepper, then mold into small ball, keep in chilled for 15 minutes.
  4. Add now the meatballs in skillet, stirring to combine. Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
  5. Cover tightly and simmer 8 minutes. Sprinkle with the cheese and serve over the cooked spaghettis
