Bruschetta with Tuna & Cheese


Canned Tuna 1 can
Imperial Processed Cheddar Cheese Spread 70 grams
Onion 10 grams
Tomato 10 grams
Imperial Unsalted Butter 10 grams
Baguette 1 piece
Parsley for Decoration

  1. Discard water or oil in canned tuna, and set aside.
  2. Mix chopped onion and Processed Cheddar Cheese Spread, and set aside.
  3. Cut baguette into bite-sized pieces, spread small amount of unsalted butter, and bake at 150 °C for 5 minutes or until the baguette turns crunchy.
  4. Paste the mixed Processed Cheddar Cheese Spread on the baguette, top with tuna, and decorate the plate with tomatoes and chopped parsley.
