Baked Chicken with Allowrie Truffle Butter


Chicken Breast 180 grams
Allowrie Truffle Butter 50 grams
Salt 2 grams
Pepper 2 grams
Asparagus 10 grams
Tri-color Bell Peppers 10 grams
Carrot 10 grams
Paprika 2 grams
Imperial Grated Parmesan Style Cheese 50 grams
President Whipping Cream 35% 200 grams
Fresh Thyme 3 grams

  1. Cut chicken breast nearly in half, spread it wide, and apply Truffle Butter on breast thoroughly.
  2. Place prepared vegetables on the chicken and roll to secure them.
  3. Apply Truffle Butter outside of the rolled chicken, sprinkle paprika, and wrap it with foil.
  4. Bake it at 200 °C for 15-20 minute, and sit to cool down.
  5. Preheat a frying pan, melt Truffle Butter, then add whipping cream and stir well, add fresh thyme, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, place them on a prepared plate, and pour cream sauce.
